Hyacinth brings over 10 years of experience in customer—and client-facing roles and excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments. As a Business Valuation Analyst, she is responsible for analyzing financial data, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, to estimate a business’s most probable sale price. Currently, she is conducting a business valuation focused on determining the most probable sale price by reviewing the income statement and mapping out the balance sheet to ensure accuracy.
In addition, she serves as an Admin, offering essential support in data entry, appointment scheduling, and CRM management. With a background in real estate, Hyacinth has also assisted with closing documentation, email, and call management. She additionally manages social media, overseeing client communications and engagement.
Hyacinth earned her Texas Association of Business Brokers certificate in Pricing Small Businesses and the Valuation Process in May 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Operations Management, from North Negros College in the Philippines. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies with her family, relaxing, and seeking new professional challenges to expand her skills.
Kate is a Trinity University graduate with a BA in Communications and a Master of Science in Urban Administration. She is an avid fan of her son’s soccer career and enjoys hiking, baking, traveling, and writing.
Kate has two decades of experience in economic development in South Texas and is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD). She is a licensed real estate professional and specializes in commercial real estate.
Kate helped launch the redevelopment of Port San Antonio and helped create 15,000 jobs. She also helped recruit Caterpillar to Seguin, Texas, and helped create 1,500 jobs. Most recently, she has completed serving two terms as a local elected official.
Avi Kotkowski
Avi Kotkowski is a seasoned practitioner and is skillful in international trade on all matters concerning commercial real estate and business. He was born in Israel, raised and educated in Mexico City, and experienced in transnational sales with Mexico, South America and Europe.
Avi is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent and is a Qualifying New Mexico Broker. Fluent in Spanish (Bi-Cultural), Avi provides a personal connection to the many Latin American investors and business owners looking for investment opportunities in the United States and Mexico. With over 18 years of experience in Texas and New Mexico, Avi can accommodate in all matters related to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, or property management of commercial property.
Active in the community, Avi was a long-standing member of the Board of Directors of the El Paso Holocaust Museum. He is Professional Photographer and Texas Public Notary.

Jovilyn Velez, or “Joy” is a commercial real estate professional and represents buyers and sellers. Her desire in helping clients achieve their goals drives her enthusiasm and passion for real estate. Mrs. Velez’ extensive experience with international clientele equips her with a deep understanding of how to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Joy is a native of the Philippines and in her free time she loves gardening, traveling the world, and spending time with her family and friends.
Tamber Byrd is a successful entrepreneur and commercial real estate professional. A native of San Antonio, Ms. Byrd is active with the San Antonio Association of Real Estate Brokers chapter and other organizations that promote business and real estate. Tamber is an avid hiker, fisher and hunter and enjoys time with her family and friends.
Allen Niesinov is a real estate professional, scholar, and buddhist practitioner. His passion is serving others and providing an unmatchable level of customer service, stemming from his 6-year role in the service industry. Allen originally hails from Albania, and his home has been San Antonio for the last 18 years. A graduate from UTSA with a BA in Political Science, Allen has assisted multiple campaigns and interned with state senators before making real estate his career of choice.
Angela Loera is a San Antonio, TX native and a Business Graduate of Colorado Christian University. Angela holds her commercial real estate license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. She has experience in consumer consultation, communications, and community development. She is a strong advocate of the San Antonio community and is a true ambassador of progressive change in the city. Angela’s goal as a licensed commercial real estate agent is to provide exceptional service, integrity, and loyalty to all Verde consumers.
Cyra brings a level of professionalism and care to the Verde team. As a retail sales business owner for over 20 years, she has made it her passion to help other businesses and entrepreneurs succeed in their real estate investments. She hails from UTSA, where she obtained her BA in politics/law and further obtained her Masters in Human Resource Development from Amberton University in Garland, TX. Her accomplishments include being a sitting member of the City of San Antonio’s Board of Adjustments from 2018 to 2021, a nominee for 2022’s 40 under 40 with San Antonio’s business journal, former Vice-Chair for the San Antonio Board Of Realtors Commercial Committee in 2022 and current Chairwoman for 2023. She is the proud mother of two sons in grade school and has been married to her best friend for the past 12 years. When she is not busy helping clients, her passion is volunteering at local charity organizations, biking, traveling, gaming, and ballroom dancing.
Rob Rodriguez is a licensed commercial realtor and is a CCIM designee. A recognized serial entrepreneur, his companies have employed several hundred people throughout the Central Texas area. Rob has an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a BS in Education from Texas Tech University where he was honored as an R.O.T.C. Distinguished Military Graduate. Mr. Rodriguez is a strong advocate for the business and real estate community. He served four years on the City of San Antonio’s (CoSA) Planning Commission and served as its Chairman for two. During his time as Chairman, he presided over many key issues that promoted growth and economic development throughout the city. A true servant leader, Rob is a graduate of Leadership San Antonio Class 33 and has served on several boards and commissions that promote business, non-profit causes, and the community. Currently, Mr. Rodriguez is serving on the boards of the Southside First Economic Development Council, the Youth Orchestra of San Antonio, and the San Antonio CCIM Chapter. An active member of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9186 and the Knights of Columbus, Rob has been married to his wife Melinda for over twenty-seven years and they have three children & a dog: Megan, Robbie, Diego and “Cooper”.
